Open New Window

Usage

Because the ui guide is not aware of Redux, reducers, or selectors, a working example is unable to be provided.
It should be noted that when consumed, the component will display the 'pop-out' icon glyph. The proper usage of 
this component can be seen in the following use cases.

To open current route in New Window:
